As a matter of fact, infectious diseases hamper everyone’s life and produce lifelong threat to everyone neutral age, sex, lifestyle socio-economic status. Nowadays, come into the sight Chikungunya viral (CHIKV) infection injured many Asian African countries, also deliberated in rising countries low countries. CHIKV is positive-sense, enveloped single-stranded, RNA virus belonging genus Alphavirus, family Togaviridae. Dengue & viruses are spread simultaneously at same time, so it tough identify them. In our resource-limited swift detection by RT-LAMP simplest molecular technique low-equipment settings without use any expensive decoration. Heat-treated centrifuged uncentrifuged samples were used this study they showed result (100%). Different instruments like heat block, water bath, conventional thermal cycler real-time amplify indicated that 100% identified all four instruments. The amplified products visualized turbidity test, color change HNB, step-ladder band pattern agarose gel electrophoresis amplification curve naked eye, here results determined methods. Reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal (RT-LAMP) recent for amplifying under limited temperature, with high tangibility, quickness competency.
